Lingoo allows parents to find and contact suitable foreign families and organise language stay holidays for children and young people, either as a reciprocal two way language exchange or as a one way paid stay language holiday with a host family (often called a home stay).
During our SPECIAL OFFER period, English, German, Italian and Portuguese speaking visitors can become Search Family members at HALF PRICE (24 Euro for an annual subscription instead of our normal price of 48 Euro - all prices excluding taxes if applicable). With Lingoo your child could participate in a language exchange. You choose a like- minded family for your child. A language exchange is then based on two families each offering hospitality in turn on a reciprocal basis. This method requires personal commitment but is very rewarding and also economical. | With Lingoo your child could be welcomed by a host family that you pay directly. This offer is valid for families whose main language is English, German, Italian or Portuguese and covers subscriptions taken through contact@lingoo.eu. Any reference to Lingoo prices which appear on the site is for information only and does not apply to this special offer. Search family membership is for one child only and a seperate membership must be taken for each child of the same family.

All Lingoo language exchange and paid stay language holidays are organised directly between families, giving you much more choice and control of where you child will stay without the need for an expensive agent or residential language school. We are the only site of its kind on the market and all of our families have followed a registration process with a clear protocol governing identification and security.
